Sounds like a corrupt printer profile, you can remove it from Devices and Printers and ensure no REG_BINARY or REG_SZ files are present for that particular printer in in HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Printers....

Had the same exact issue. It was caused by upgrading Windows 10 to Windows 10 Version 1803. Always good to do a clean install instead of upgrading the version through Windows Update.
